Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
- 1 oz Del Professore Aperitivo
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 3 oz Prosecco
- Garnish: Grapefruit slices
Preparation
Spritzes are a summer must, but summer 2021 deserves a splash of something more. Add a little Mezcal to your classic Aperol Spritz for the ultimate hot girl summer drink.
Put some ice in a wine glass and build all ingredients. Gently turn the cocktail with a bar spoon to incorporate (don’t shake!). Garnish with a grapefruit slice and voila.
