- 1.5 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
- 0.5 oz Italicus Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 Thai chilis
- Garnish: Torched rosemary sprigs

Looking for something sweet? Sour? Spicy? Why choose when you can have them all with this easy, flavor-packed cocktail?
Snap your Thai chilis in half and set aside. Build all liquid into a mixing tin. Add chilis and ice before shaking well. Strain into an iced Double Old-Fashioned glass and garnish with a torched rosemary sprig or two.
