Mezcal is a very special spirit distilled from a maguey (agave) plant. It gets its name from the Nahuatl word “mexicalli,” which translates to "oven-cooked agave.” To make Mezcal, we go to the heart of the plant—the sweetest, juiciest part, aptly named the piña (pineapple). The ripening process is a slow and steady one, taking anywhere from 7-10 years for an agave espadín to be ready for harvest.

Our Mezcal is distilled through a vertically-integrated operation (also known as "single estate"). This means we grow, harvest, cook, ferment, distill and bottle Rosaluna from start to finish, giving us an uncanny advantage over quality control and consistency.
Rosaluna is distilled by a sister and brother duo in Santiago, Matatlán. Nestled in the rolling hills of Oaxaca, this small village has been home to their craft for over six generations - and is lovingly known as “The World Capital of Mezcal.”

We like to say there are no rules with Mezcal. Rosaluna's unique, smooth flavor makes it easy to drink neat or on the rocks, yet it is versatile enough to perfectly complement your favorite cocktail.
Rosaluna is a carbon neutral brand. This means we calculate our carbon emissions every year and pay for those offsets. We do this because we take the health of our planet very seriously, and because our grandkids deserve to drink Mezcal at sunset one day, too.

Hi, all sales for Rosaluna Objects are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving item to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
