Ingredients
- 0.75 oz Mezcal Rosaluna
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
Preparation
This one goes out to a very special six-generation family farm in Santiago Matatlán. Even when you dress Rosaluna in a French Chartreuse, her smoky Oaxacan roots will always shine through (as they should).
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Give a little toast to your ancestors.
