Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Rosaluna Mezcal
- 1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 0.5 oz Silvio Carta Mazzini Dry Vermouth
- Garnish: Marigold flower
Preparation
Swap out the usual and sip into fall with a mezcal white negroni – a classic with a not too smoky twist.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to dilute for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a marigold flower.
