Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rosaluna Mezcal
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey syrup
  • Garnish: One 0.25 inch thick jalapeño slice

Preparation

It just wouldn’t be the Mez Squad without a little something for our chili enthusiasts. Spice up your life with this jalapeño-infused, sour-then-sweet goodness, guaranteed to turn your night around. We’re burning up over here just thinking about it.

Combine the Mezcal, lime, honey, and jalapeño in a shaker, shake with ice until chilled. Pour about 2 oz of chilled soda water into the shaker tin, then strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño (or two, if you’re feeling a little frisky).
